On a sunny Friday, July 25th, the spirit of teamwork and friendly competition took centre stage at Sub-drill’s fourth annual golf outing, hosted at Westhill Golf Club. Fourteen enthusiastic staff members and one spirited guest teed off for a thrilling day of golf, laughter, and team building, showcasing the vibrant culture of collaboration that defines Sub-drill.
The Texas scramble format brought out the best in each player, as teams came together to navigate the 18-hole course with strategy, skill, and a healthy dose of fun. The day was filled with cheers and playful banter, fostering connections among colleagues that went beyond the golf course.
A special thanks to Susan and Kasia, who kept everyone fuelled and hydrated throughout the day. After the final putts dropped, everyone gathered for a celebratory meal and a prize-giving ceremony, as the winning team emerged victorious amidst a backdrop of applause and cheers. Awards were handed out for best team, closest to the pin, and longest drive.
This annual outing was more than just a day of golf; it was a celebration of Sub-drill's commitment to collaboration, enjoyment, and building relationships. With smiles all around and memories made, the day truly reflected the heart of Sub-drill’s culture - where teamwork and fun go hand in hand!
